An interactive course, available on Google classroom, which will enable you to learn exciting new techniques of how to reflect on your professional work.

The course involves reading some text, completing activities and quizzes, watching videos and completing some short assignments.

It has four parts

Part 1 Orientation - what the course is about and who for, aims and objectives;

Part 2 Ideas: What is RP: a quick review of the  main theories.   Reasons for reflecting and barriers to refection (and how to overcome them).  Reflection, reflexivity  and  Critical Reflection;

Part 3  How to do it: Practical Techniques. Individual and group techniques, including Lean Learning Logs and Reflective Co-Mentoring;

Part 4.  What next - how will you use what you have learned?   Using it for CPD  Other courses. Further study and reading.
