• Individual methods - reflective journal, learning logs, blogs and vlogs.   
• Reflecting with others - Reflective Co-Mentoring;  reflective group mentoring.
• Review and Planning your next steps

Course aims: to introduce you to practical methods of carrying out  Reflective Practice and enable you to practice at least two methods.

Learning outcomes. By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Identify several relevant practical methods of  Reflective Practice
• Use at least one individual method of Reflective Practice
• Use at least one method of  using Reflective Practice with others.
• Plan your next steps
